Sequined Evening Dresses Need Your Washing With Tenderness And Love

As us, we need a lot of accessories to dress up, I think that everything in the world all needs accessories to dress up, of course including the evening dress. Some accessories can make you still look like an admired and envied star throughout the night, beautifully radiant and sparkling under the spotlights and floodlights. They are the sequins, so there are so many styles of evening dresses are added by these accessories, sequins can also be added to the different parts of the dresses. A sequined evening dress is especially delicate, and we must maintain them with tenderness and love, especiallt the washing, there is a lot of knowledge we must know.

Tip One:

You had better choose the dry cleaning, and it must also be professional, but it is not the only acceptable method of cleaning, for different fabric you can make the different choices. But before you put the dress in the machine, please make sure that all the sequins are firm, the ling is outside and all zippers are closed. Only in this way can you prove that your evening dress can’t break up in washing process.

Tip Two: 

Prepare the machine by selecting delicately. Place the evening gown in the machine and start washing by mild detergent and water at normal temperature. Once the machine cycle is completed, you must take the evening dress out of machine immediately for minimizing wrinkling thereof.

Tip Three:  

What's more, avoid placing it in a dryer is necessary because it could have bad effect to the melt plastic sequins. You are better to spread the dress carefully and thoroughly on a clean flat surface or hang it in a shady spot and not in direct sunlight, until it is absolutely dry.

Tip Four:  

After the sequined dress has been washed and dried, place it in a plastic cover to protect it from dust, moisture and other elements, which will damage it. Then hang it carefully in your wardrobe until the day you come away again for a great opportunity. Do not bend the sequined dress especially as this may damage the delicate seams thereof and sequins hang them.

Abri, did some fun trial's on a client the other day. I love all the different looks she was able to create for this beautiful bride. The bride is doing 2 looks for her wedding, now the hard part of choosing which two!

Jackson family hair day

We have all been in desperate need of haircuts and me a highlight (I had waited like 4 months, which is unheard of for me!)

I usually do it myself, unless my sister (who is also a hairstylist) is magically in town to do it, which is hardly never. It is so hard for me to get the back so I probably had like 5 inches of re-growth back there. I am so excited about our team of hair dresser's because the very talented SHANA beautified me. It was so nice to get a FULL Highlight. She did a Rockin-Amazin job!

Andelyn has the most amazing hair and I have no idea where she get's it from. Some night's I want to chop it off in her sleep and make hair extensions for myself :) She really love's it long, so we just did a trim. 

 Miss Lexi Rain got her hair chopped! I did this for a few reason's. I thought we were growing it out but she has some issue's with me getting near her hair with anything. I can't comb it, wash it, put any elastics or bobby pins in it without her having a complete melt-down (lovely I know since she has me for a mom!)  So I said, forget it, she will be starting Pre-School this Fall and I refuse to fight with her every morning.

When you're wearing lingerie and bikinis year-round, you've got to have strategies that keep you comfortable in the (almost) buff. To get a few lingerie-model secrets, we asked Victoria's Secret Angel Candice Swanepoel to share with us how she stays bikini-ready all year


Her favorite workouts: "[Yoga is] one of my new favorite ways; I just started doing more. It's nice to just be able to stretch and work on your body but also your mind," Candice says. When it's time to burn major calories, she turns to boxing. "Boxing has always worked really well for me as a full-body workout. I like something that's fast; you really feel like you're getting the energy up."

Her favorite exercise moves: "Butt for me is really important so [my trainer and I] always end with butt lifts on all fours," she says of working out with personal trainer Justin Gelband. "If I haven't seen him in awhile the whole session is butt!"

How she stays fit while traveling: Candice keeps it simple when she's on the go. She says she packs ankle weights and a jump rope for an easy take-anywhere workout, and also uses her job's exotic locales to her advantage. "If I'm shooting on the beach it's good to run in the sand," she says. "It's a really good workout."

Her favorite last-minute tips: While Candice says she doesn't diet when prepping for the runway or beach ("I have to eat a lot because my metabolism is nuts, although I don't how long it'll be like that!" she explains), she does say that she stays away from soda before a photo shoot to limit bloating. "There's nothing worse than being full and trying to feel sexy," she says.
